Hi, I’m BECKY.

My path to clinical counseling follows a twenty-year career in organizational change management within the federal government — a background that deeply shapes my understanding of human systems, patterns, and the heavy weight of responsibility.
Today, my practice is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families find a secure base within themselves and their most important relationships. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, managing the daily pressure of anxiety, or seeking to restore harmony in your relationships, I provide a collaborative, relationally-oriented space where you can step out of over-responsibility and move toward meaningful healing.
Fig Tree Counseling is inspired by a steady fig tree that grew in the backyard of my childhood home. It was a place of curiosity, nourishment, transformation, and abundance. In therapy, the fig tree represents both shelter and strength. My goal is to ensure your roots are healthy and nourished so your growth — personally, professionally, and relationally — can be fruitful and sustainable.
I am committed to providing an identity-affirming environment for all. My practice is intentionally inclusive of queer, trans, and gender-diverse individuals, as well as those navigating ethically non-monogamous (ENM) and polyamorous relationship structures.
