a safe place to unburden, heal, and reconnect
Warm, compassionate therapy for individuals and couples carrying heavy stress, navigating grief, or feeling disconnected in their relationships.
the weight of being the “strong one”
When you’re used to taking care of everyone else, whether in your family, career, or relationships, it’s easy to feel completely drained and alone.
You might be managing constant anxiety, going through a major life change, or feeling exhausted from trying to keep everything together. Beneath all that capability is usually a simple, human desire: to feel supported, understood, and cared for.
You don’t have to carry it all by yourself.
getting to the root of it
Real healing happens when we look beyond surface symptoms to understand what’s really going on underneath. Together, we will: Explore the ways you’ve learned to protect yourself—and give you credit for surviving them.Uncover what’s really missing: Identify the unmet needs underneath everyday anxiety, stress, or relationship arguments.Calm your body and mind: Use simple breathing and body-awareness techniques to soothe your nervous system when stress takes over.Honor grief and big changes: Make room to process painful loss and life disruptions without feeling rushed to "just get over it."
Therapy is a judgment-free space where you can finally put down your guard and just be yourself.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent nearly 20 years helping people navigate big transitions and complex relationship dynamics. That experience taught me a lot about how people handle pressure, but my real passion is helping individuals and couples build deep, meaningful connections.
My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in real human connection. Outside of session, you can usually find me painting watercolors, spending time outdoors, or relaxing at home with my senior cat.
